Share a dashboard you've built so your team can see the same overview — either with everyone in your organisation or with specific people.

## Overview
- Lets you give your team visibility into a dashboard you've set up, instead of everyone building their own.
- You can share with your whole organisation or with specific people, and choose whether they can just view it or also edit it.
- Anyone who can see a shared dashboard can make their own copy of it.

## Share with your team
1. Open the dashboard you want to share.
2. Open its sharing options.
3. Choose who can see it:
   - **Everyone in your organisation** — set the dashboard's visibility to your organisation.
   - **Specific people or roles** — pick them, and choose whether they can view or edit.
4. Select **Save**. The dashboard now appears for the people you shared it with.

## Who can do what
- Only the owner can rename, delete, or change who a dashboard is shared with.
- People with edit access can change the widgets and layout.
- Anyone who can see a dashboard can duplicate it to make their own copy.
