Manage Outlook Calendar from InfraNest
See your renewals and expiries on the calendar you already check
Connect Outlook Calendar and stop checking a separate screen for what's about to expire or renew.
- Dedicated calendar: InfraNest creates its own calendar inside your Outlook account, so your personal and team calendars stay untouched.
- Stays current on its own: once connected, new renewals, expiries and maintenance windows keep appearing without you re-exporting or re-checking anything.
- Add events directly: use the add-to-calendar action to put a specific date straight onto your Outlook calendar from InfraNest.
NoteIf one-click connecting isn't turned on for your workspace, use the iCal feed option instead — it needs no setup.

Questions
#Will this change my existing Outlook calendars?
No. InfraNest creates a separate InfraNest calendar inside your Outlook account and puts events there. Your existing calendars aren't modified.
#What happens if Microsoft revokes access?
InfraNest will show a "Reconnect needed" message on the Calendar page. Select Connect Outlook Calendar again and sign in to restore the connection.
#Can InfraNest change anything in my Outlook account beyond the calendar?
No, this integration only creates and updates the dedicated InfraNest calendar. It doesn't touch other calendars, mail or files in your Microsoft account.
#Our workspace doesn't have one-click connecting enabled — what then?
Use Subscribe with a calendar feed (iCal) instead, which requires no administrator setup and works immediately.
#I connected it but don't see any events in Outlook — why?
Check that the InfraNest calendar is ticked in Outlook's calendar list; it can be created but left unselected for display.
