How to connect it

Create an incoming webhook in Teams
In the channel, open ⋯ → Connectors → Incoming Webhook → Configure, name it, and create it.

Copy the webhook URL
Teams gives you a URL after creating the webhook — copy it.

Add the destination in InfraNest
Go to Alerts → Destinations, choose Add a destination, select Microsoft Teams, and paste the webhook URL.

Test and save
Select Test to confirm the message appears in the channel, then save.

#Can we send alerts to more than one Teams channel?
Yes. Each webhook is bound to one channel, so create a second incoming webhook in Teams for the other channel and add it in InfraNest as another destination.
#What happens if the webhook is deleted or stops working in Teams?
InfraNest will no longer be able to post to that channel. Create a new incoming webhook in Teams and update or re-add the destination with the new URL.
#Can InfraNest change anything in our Teams setup?
No. InfraNest only posts messages to the webhook URL you provide; it doesn't create channels, connectors, or change any Teams settings on its own.
#Can we see the webhook URL again after saving it?
No, it's stored securely and not displayed again once saved. If you need to change destinations, create a new webhook in Teams and update the destination in InfraNest.
#How do we make sure the connection actually works before relying on it?
Use the Test option when adding the destination — it sends a test message to the channel so you can confirm it arrived before turning on real alerts.
