Overview
- Every new organisation starts on a free trial with all features unlocked.
- No credit card is needed to start the trial.
- A banner in the app shows how many days are left and links to upgrade.
How the trial works
- Create your organisation — you're never asked for payment to begin.
- Explore the platform. Every feature is available during the trial, so you can try the whole thing without limits.
- Watch the trial banner in the app. It shows the days left in your trial and includes a link to upgrade whenever you're ready.
What happens when the trial ends
- If you haven't upgraded, your organisation automatically moves to the Free plan once the trial period ends.
- Check your data — nothing is deleted. All your information stays exactly as it was.
- Note which features you lose access to. Some paid features become unavailable until you upgrade, but you can still use the core of the platform.
NoteMoving to the Free plan happens automatically — you don't need to do anything, and you won't be charged without choosing a plan yourself.
Upgrade any time
- Look for the Upgrade link in the trial banner, or go to Billing in your settings.
- Pick the plan that fits your needs.
- Confirm your choice to unlock paid features again.
TipYou can upgrade at any point during or after the trial — there's no deadline that locks you out of upgrading later.
